What happens to what you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share anything with anyone, and we do not use your information to target you.

Who reads it

Form submissions go to the Foundation and are read by Amber Anderson. Messages from young people are read only by her. Our forms are handled by Netlify, our website host, which stores submissions on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer useful. Email us and we will delete your record and confirm when it is done.

Young people under 18

If you are under 18 you can contact us without a parent's involvement, and we will not contact your family, school, or caseworker to say you wrote to us.

The one exception: Utah law requires us to report suspected abuse or neglect of a child. If you tell us you or another young person is being hurt, we may have to notify authorities. We will tell you before we do. If you need to talk to someone without that, here are hotlines that can help.
