Amber Anderson
Founder
Amber has spent roughly twenty five years in multifamily real estate, across development, operations, and asset performance, on four continents. She founded The Hayes Youth Foundation in honor of her grandfather, Bill "Papo" Hayes, who was not related to her by blood yet raised her in a way that ensured that small detail never mattered. The foundation is her love letter to him, and her personal project. It operates independently of her professional work.
Brian Doherty
Fundraising
Brian's career in multifamily sales and business development spans more than three decades, with relationships reaching thousands of owners, operators, and developers across every segment of the industry. A seasoned fundraiser and natural connector, he has an exceptional ability to bring people together around a shared purpose. Brian leads fundraising and industry partnerships for the Foundation, building the relationships and support that help advance its mission.
Craig Parker
Treasurer
Craig is a CPA with an MBA in Finance and previously served as CFO of Walt Disney Imagineering. He brings financial rigor, sharp attention to detail, and deep experience navigating complex negotiations and governance. As Treasurer, Craig provides disciplined financial stewardship and helps ensure the Foundation is built with the accountability, sound decision-making, and structure necessary to sustain its mission for the long term.

People with direct experience in youth services, child welfare, nonprofit governance, and Utah community leadership.
And especially people with lived experience of the instability this foundation exists to address.
We are deliberately recruiting outside real estate. A board drawn only from one industry cannot oversee work it has never done.
